Transparency around returns, changes, and cancellations: All sales are final. ITEMS DAMAGED IN ROUTE TO YOU: I insure all packages mailed and will promptly refund items damaged in transit. But in order to do that I will need the following: (1 ) Contact me no later than 3 days after receiving your item. (2) In order for me to file a claim with the post office I will need photos of the damaged item(s) along with photos of the box and packaging materials. This proof is required by the postal system in order for refund processing. Thank you for your order!
